Your bezold example really does feel like it has a pretty real contrast between your background colors. I also really like your discord example. It’s a picture that’s so common in your head, but jarring to see in such colors.
I love the expressive color, the detail is amazing. I think your color discord isn’t as effective because its not saturated enough, it’s mildly annoying to the eye but not enough to really make it hard to look at, I had the same issue as well. your bezold example really shows the difference that is made when changing just the background.
